Accepted Payment Methods
1.Mainland China：
- Online: Alipay, WeChat Pay, UnionPay
- Bank Transfer: All major Chinese banks (contact customer service for details)
2.International：
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Third-Party: PayPal, Google Pay
- Wire Transfer (for bulk orders, pre-arrangement required)
3.Special Options：
- Gift Cards: Redeemable for orders (1 per transaction)
- Installments: 3/6-month interest-free via Alipay/credit cards (selected products)
Payment Process
1.Checkout：
- Select payment method at checkout, redirect to secure payment page (e.g., Alipay QR code, PayPal login);
- International card payments require card number, expiry, CVV; support multi-currency (CNY/USD/EUR, etc., converted at real-time rates).
2.Confirmation：
- Instant order confirmation email (includes order number, items);
- Failed payments display error messages (e.g., insufficient funds, expired card) for retry.
3.Cancellation：
- Unpaid orders expire after 24 hours;
- Paid orders can be canceled before shipping (3% processing fee applies).
Cross-Border Payments

Refunds & After-Sales
1.Refund Timeline：
- Original method: 3-7 days for credit cards, 1-3 days for PayPal/Alipay;
- Store credit: Instant (valid for 1 year).
2.Invoices：
- Mainland China: VAT ordinary invoices (select at checkout);
- International: Electronic receipts (with amount/tax details), commercial invoices available on request.
