LashPlume Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Eligibility
1.Timeframe:
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery (based on tracking confirmation date).
2.Condition Requirements:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging (magnetic lashes should have intact magnets, glue sealed);
- All accessories (e.g., applicator, instructions, gifts) must be included.
3.Exceptions:
- Customized products (e.g., engraved lash sets) and clearance items are non-returnable;
- Opened adhesives, lash serums, and other consumables are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.
Refund Process
1.How to Apply:
- Log in → “My Orders” → select item → submit return request (reason required);
- Or email returns@lashplume.com for manual assistance.
2.Review Process:
- Customer service confirms requests within 2 business days and provides return address (domestic orders to China warehouse, international orders to nearest bonded warehouse);
- Items inspected within 5 business days upon receipt (eligibility verified).
3.Refund Timeline:
- Original payment method: 3-7 days for credit cards, 1-3 days for Alipay/WeChat Pay;
- Store credit: instant (usable for future purchases).
Shipping Fees
1.Buyer Responsible:
- Returns for non-quality issues (e.g., dislike, wrong style) require buyer to cover return shipping;
- International returns must use trackable shipping (e.g., DHL, UPS) with tracking number retained.
2.Seller Responsible:
- Quality-related returns (e.g., broken magnets, detached lashes) may reimburse shipping fees (photo proof required);
- Mainland China orders over ¥300 enjoy free returns (use designated logistics).
Quality Issue Handling
1.Coverage:
- Damaged packaging or missing accessories upon receipt;
- Magnetic lashes failing to attach, false lashes with over 30% shedding.
2.Options:
- Choose refund or free replacement (same style prioritized, alternative style if out of stock);
- Quality claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt with photo/video evidence.
